DUT table movement
The DUT is mounted on an x-y-table, that can be moved from outside the
experimental area with the MAC used for data taking.
General info:
Horizontal movement: 1-M-521 DD
Vertical movement: 2-M-511 DD
The numbers are in units of mm.
DEPFET specific: vertical movement: smaller numbers mean
movement upwards (and vice versa)
(due to the size of the DEPFET modules the table had to be turned).
